Purchase Options 

Some items in our shop may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or limited releases. This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for each option.

Preorder Items
Items marked as "preorder" are not ready to ship at the time of purchase and are made or prepared after your order is placed.

Processing Time
Preorders require approximately 14 days to process and fulfill. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on order volume and material availability.

Shipping Timeline
Shipping timelines begin after preorder production is completed. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Mixed Orders (Preorder + In-Stock)
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the preorder item is ready. If you would like items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Cancellations
Preorders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, cancellations may not be guaranteed, as materials and production may already be in progress.

Changes to Orders
Requests for scent, label, or personalization changes must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

Final Sale
Preorder items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Refunds & Returns
Because preorder items are made to order, they are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, preorder items may occasionally be delayed due to supply or production factors. If delays occur, we will notify you.

Handmade Variations
Each candle is handmade—slight variations in appearance are normal and part of the process.

Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy.


Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.

  • Your payment method will be securely stored and charged for each delivery, unless paid in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term.

  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing or fulfillment date.

  • Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
