Because preorders are made to order, please allow up to 14 days for processing and fulfillment. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on order volume and material availability. Shipping timelines begin after preorder production is completed. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

All other orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
